The COVID-19 Booklet “Reopening Your Hospitality Business – A Practical Guide” is now live online and contains a foreword from Adrian Cummins, CEO of The Restaurants Association of Ireland.

This is a living document and will be updated in accordance with the Government guidelines over the coming weeks.
