National Stop Food Waste Day
Wednesday March 1st is National Stop Food Waste Day. Coordinators of the campaign day, the EPA are asking: ‘Do you know which food you waste the most?’
This question is relevant to food businesses as well as householders. Knowing what you’re wasting is an important first step in preventing and reducing overall food waste.
