Food Waste Researcher Sarah Broderick wins award at ERSCP 2019
Sarah Broderick from the Savour Food Team was awarded a Certificate of Excellence at the 19th European Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production – Circular Europe for Sustainability in Barcelona for her conference paper titled: ‘Assessing the Potential for Food Waste Prevention in the Commercial Food Sector in Ireland’.
Sarah works tirelessly to understand the complex issue of food waste and to support businesses to prevent and reduce food waste where possible. Congratulations to her on winning this award.
