Clean Technology Centre was established over 25 years ago & the work continues today on programmes including Savour Food, Stop Food Waste and more.

James & Keelin help us understand the importance of thinking about wastage & also urge us all to ask questions. We learn that the smallest of efforts at our homes & by businesses help to prevent food wastage. This helps achieve Sustainable Development Goal #12 : Responsible Consumption & Production.
